HARTLEY RUSSELL CLOSE is the only almshouse site that the Trust operates in Oxford. It consists of 4 substantial apartments in a landscaped garden in the village of Iffley.The Trust has owned property in Iffley since 1393 when it was granted the Manor and is managed by the trustees and it's present chairman is Willie Hartley Russell.
